Hopefully you have found your way to dhamma by now. If you are still interested, you may just show up at Wat Pa Sala Noi. It is on google maps. Buses from bangkok will take you there. Nearest airport is LOE. Taxi from LOE will take you to the monastery for 1000 baht for an hour ride.
